Contact
Contact ConverterKit
Questions, corrections, embed requests, and privacy inquiries can all be sent to the address below. We read every email and reply to most within a few business days.
The fastest way to reach the maintainers is by email at contact@converterkit.tools. We do not use phone or postal channels for routine support; written messages let us research the question, reply with citations, and keep an audit trail of any change we make to a conversion factor.
Reporting a Conversion Issue
If a converter returned a result that looks wrong, please include the following so we can reproduce the issue and post a fix:
- The exact tool name or page URL (for example,
/cooking-unit-converter/butter). - The values you entered, including the source unit and target unit.
- The result the tool returned and the result you expected.
- The source you used for the expected result, if available (manufacturer label, NIST reference, recipe book, etc.).
- Your browser and operating system, if the issue might be a display problem rather than a math problem.
Cooking conversions are particularly sensitive to ingredient density, so please note the ingredient and the specific form (granulated vs. powdered sugar, packed vs. spooned brown sugar, salted vs. unsalted butter) where relevant.
Corrections and Source Suggestions
Conversion formulas and ingredient density data are reviewed before publication. If you would like to propose a correction, please include a citation: an authoritative reference (NIST, FDA, USDA, EU metrology, or a peer-reviewed source) is most useful, but a reputable manufacturer or association can also be cited where relevant. We log every accepted correction with the source and the date of the change.
Embed and Partnership Requests
If you would like to embed one of our converters on your site, the supported tools expose an /embed/<tool>/ route that can be loaded inside an iframe. The embed shell posts a resize message to its parent so you can size the iframe to its content. For commercial licensing, custom converters, or white-label inquiries, please describe your use case in the email so we can respond with the right options.
Privacy and Data Requests
For privacy questions, GDPR access or deletion requests, or California Consumer Privacy Act inquiries, use the same address and put “Privacy Request” in the subject line so the message is routed to the right reviewer. Please include enough information for us to respond, but do not include sensitive personal information in your initial email.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge most messages within two business days. Conversion factor corrections are usually published within one week of acceptance. Embed and partnership inquiries may take longer depending on the scope of the request.
